From today and in the next two days for the first time four projects from Macedonia are exhibited at Expo Real, one of the most renown international real estate expositions, and 11 additional projects are included in the joint Expo catalog.

The projects from Macedonia are: the ski center Kozuv, an administrative-business building in the municipality Aerodrom, a thermal aqua park in the municipality Kochani, and the sports rehabilitation complex Kezhovica in municipality Shtip. The 11 projects included in the promotional catalog come from the following municipalities: Centar, Ohrid, Prilep, Sveti Nikole, Radovish, Sopishte, Valandovo, Rosoman, Gjorce Petrov, Krushevo and Gostivar.

Expo Real, which takes place in Munich, Germany, in the period October 8-10, is a leading international platform for networking on projects, investment, and finance. It covers the entire spectrum of the property sector and brings together players from all the key markets from Europe, to Russia, the Middle East and the US. This year, a total of 1,823 companies from 43 countries will be exhibiting on 63,000 square meters.

Macedonia’s presence at Expo Real is made possible by the financial and technical assistance from the German international cooperation enterprise GTZ, and is organized by Invest Macedonia and the Macedonian Ministry for local self-government.
