• Prepare the final documentation and complete the purchase through our recommended solicitor - 100 EUR

• Change electricity, water, telephone bills to the name of the new owner – 50 EUR

• Translation of documents into English – 5 EUR per page

• Agent’s fee – 4% on the purchase price of the property, min 500 EUR

Besides the fees stated above, there are also municipal and notary charges which are payable on transferring the ownership, approximately 3% of the value of the property.
